2. What We Offer

We provide access to a curated directory of climate tech companies and related resources. Our service includes:

• Searchable database of verified climate tech companies
• Company profiles with contact information and descriptions
• Filtering and search capabilities
• Newsletter updates and market insights
• Subscription-based premium access (when available)

3. Account & Access

To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• One account per person/organization

4. Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellations

For subscription services:

• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled
• You can cancel anytime from your account portal
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months (see our Refunds Policy)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Merchant of Record

When payment processing is available:

• Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record
• Paddle handles VAT/sales tax and provides receipts
• Your bank statement may show "PADDLE.NET*"
• Paddle manages all payment-related customer support

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data at scale without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Our service and content:

• Company information is provided by the companies themselves
• We verify but don't guarantee the accuracy of all information
• Our platform design and software are protected by copyright
• You retain rights to content you submit
• You grant us license to use submitted content

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

The service is provided "as is" without warranties:

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Company information may be incomplete or outdated
• We're not responsible for third-party content or services
• We don't endorse any specific companies or solutions

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request
• With 30 days notice for business reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Iraq.
