Is this a recurring subscription?

Yes. It renews automatically until you cancel from your account portal. You can choose between monthly ($15) or annual ($120) billing cycles.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime before the next renewal; access continues until the period ends. No partial refunds for unused time.

What's your refund policy?

What will appear on my bank statement?

Charges may appear as PADDLE.NET* on your card statement. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing.

How often is the directory updated?

We add new companies weekly and update existing profiles monthly. Annual subscribers receive priority updates and early access to new features.
